The John Bassett Theatre is located to the west of the main entrance of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre’s North Building and close to the Second Cup entrance on Front Street.

Parking for the John Bassett Theatre can be found in the North Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and the entrance is located off of Simcoe, one block south of Front St. behind the Hotel Intercontinental.

No, tickets are sold directly by the show organizers and their affiliated ticket company. Please visit our Events Calendar page for details.

Yes, there is wheelchair seating available behind Row T with space to accommodate up to 2 wheelchairs. There are also 3 seats on the Orchestra level with lifting arms that allow attendees to transfer from their wheelchair into the seat. These seats are highlighted on the orchestra level seating chart. There is an elevator located by that provides access to all levels of the theatre.

Located on the 200 level at the top of the escalator beside the theatre by the Second Cup.

Unless other arrangements are made, lost and found services will be handled by MTCC Security Services.  Should you need to contact them regarding lost items you can reach them at (416) 585-8360, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

No, food and beverage is not permitted inside the seating area of the theatre unless otherwise arranged with show organizers.

It may be available if requested by show organizers; MTCC does not offer this service if it is not requested so please contact the show organizers to confirm. If requested by the show organizers, it will be located across from the theatre entrance.

Ushers are not provided with the rental of the theatre; however, may be ordered through your event manager up to two weeks prior to your event date. Rates are outlined in our Operating Guidelines.
