Transform Your Passion Into Experience
Kickstart Your Career with a Paid Internship at MTCC!
Looking to gain real-world experience, learn from industry experts, and be part of a dynamic team? You’re in the right place. Our internship program offers hands-on opportunities across multiple departments—including Human Resources, Event Coordination, Engineering, Sustainability, Catering, and Finance.
We offer structured, 4-month paid internships that align with your academic schedule:
- Fall Term: September–December
- Winter Term: January–April
- Summer Term: May–August
You’ll work alongside subject matter experts, contribute to meaningful projects, and get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to run a world-class convention centre.
Eligibility Requirements
You must be enrolled in a co-op program at an accredited Ontario college or university. We currently partner with various schools across the GTA. Internship roles are posted through your school’s co-op/internship portal. Be sure to connect with your program coordinator for further details on how to apply.

Yes, you are able to submit multiple job applications if you meet the requirements outlined in the job postings.
We will contact you via phone or email to schedule an interview with our team. You will receive a follow-up interview confirmation email detailing the time, location, directions and hiring team information.

For both in-person and virtual interviews, we recommend you follow a business professional dress code.
It is always a great idea to prepare a list of questions you may have about the opportunity or company. You’re welcome to take notes during the interview; therefore, you can bring a notebook and pen. Most importantly, bring a great attitude and passion for the role you’re interviewing for!
