Guest Services FAQ
Guest Services is conveniently located on street level in both the North and South Buildings. Our friendly service staff are here to help with visitor information, including wayfinding, lost & found, local attractions, tours and any questions about our facility.
The Metro Toronto convention Centre is located in the heart of downtown Toronto, within walking distance of over 11,000 hotel rooms, shopping, restaurants and Toronto sites. You can get here from the Toronto Pearson International Airport in 30 minutes, either by car or the UP Express, an air-rail link that connects directly to the Centre.
Wheelchairs are available as a courtesy service on a first come, first served basis. Please visit our Guest Services agent located in the North Building on Level 200 and in the South Building on Level 500.

Can I book a city tour or get restaurant reservations when I am at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre?
