As of September 22, 2021, proof of vaccination is required to access our facility and events taking place at the MTCC, in accordance with the Provincial mandate regarding proof of vaccination. For more information, click here.
As an Agency of the Government of Ontario, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre has been communicating regularly with the Ministry of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries (MHSTCI) on the developments of COVID-19.
the Ontario government, in consultation with the Chief Medical Officer of Health, moved the province into Step Three of its Roadmap to Reopen on July 16th. Recently, Ontario paused the exit from the Roadmap to Reopen. The Chief Medical Officer of Health and other health experts will continue to monitor the data to determine when it is safe to exit the Roadmap and lift the majority of public health and workplace safety measures currently in place.
