We continue to lower our own energy consumption by using green electricity, turning off lights and escalators when possible, and by using cold water extracted from Lake Ontario to cool the South Building. We also encourage our customers to make an impact by offering sustainable meeting solutions, including our successful recycling and donation programs, to divert waste. Our food and wine is sourced locally when possible to benefit local businesses and to reduce transportation time. Overall, our customers have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while creating a successful event.
