By Car

  • Take Highway 401 East to Highway 427 South
  • Follow Highway 427 South to the Gardiner Expressway

North Building

  • Exit at Spadina Avenue
  • Proceed north on Spadina Avenue and turn right on Front St.
  • Turn right on Simcoe St. then turn right into the garage

South Building 

  • Exit at York St
  • Proceed north two lights to Bremner Blvd.
  • Turn left on Bremner Blvd.
  • Turn left on Lower Simcoe St. then turn right into the garage
  • Head northwest on Eireann Quay
  • For the South Building, turn east on Lakeshore Blvd. W to Rees St.
  • Continue onto Bathurst St.
  • Turn right onto Lakeshore Blvd. W.
  • Continue straight to stay on Lakeshore Blvd. W.
  • Slight left toward Rees St.
  • Use any lane to turn left onto Rees St.
  • Turn right onto Bremner Blvd.
  • Turn left, and the Centre will be on the right
  • Take Highway 401 West to the Don Valley Parkway South
  • Follow the Don Valley Parkway South to the Gardiner Expressway

North Building 

  • Exit at Spadina Avenue
  • Proceed north on Spadina Avenue and turn right at Front Street
  • Turn right on Simcoe St. then turn right into the garage

South Building 

  • Exit at the Yonge/York exit
  • As you exit the ramp continue west along Lakeshore Blvd. to Lower Simcoe St.
  • Turn right at Lower Simcoe St. then turn left into the garage
  • Take Highway 401 East to Highway 427 South
  • Follow Highway 427 South to the Gardiner Expressway

North Building 

  • Exit at Spadina Avenue
  • Proceed north on Spadina Avenue and turn right on Front St.
  • Turn right on Simcoe St. then turn right into the garage

South Building 

  • Exit at York St.
  • Proceed north two lights to Bremner Blvd.
  • Turn left on Bremner Blvd.
  • Turn left on Lower Simcoe St. then turn right into the garage
  • Follow the the QEW East; it will become the Gardiner Expressway in Toronto

North Building 

  • Exit at Spadina Avenue
  • Proceed north on Spadina Avenue and turn right at Front Street
  • Turn right on Simcoe St. then turn right into the garage

South Building

  • Exit at York St.
  • Proceed north two lights to Bremner Blvd.
  • Turn left on Bremner Blvd.
  • Turn left on Lower Simcoe St. then turn right into the garage
  • Take Highway 400 South to Highway 401 West
  • Follow Highway 401 West to Highway 427 South
  • Follow Highway 427 South to the Gardiner Expressway

North Building

  • Exit at Spadina Avenue
  • Proceed north on Spadina Avenue and turn right at Front St.
  • Turn right on Simcoe St. then turn right into garage

South Building 

  • Exit at York St.
  • Proceed north two lights to Bremner Blvd.
  • Turn left on Bremner Blvd.
  • Turn left on Lower Simcoe St. then right into the garage

By Transit

  • Exit at Union Station
  • Proceed west on Front Street to the North Building
  • Access the SkyWalk to enter the South Building
  • Alternatively, exit to Union Station and follow the SkyWalk to either the North or South Building
  • Transfer to the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway Line 1 at either Bloor-Yonge Station, St. George Station, or Spadina Station
  • Continue until you reach Union Station, and exit the subway
  • From Union Station you can proceed west on Front Street to the North Building, where you can access the SkyWalk to enter the South Building
  • Alternatively, you can exit at Union Station and follow the SkyWalk to either the North or South Building
  • Travel west to Kennedy Station
  • Transfer to the Bloor-Yonge Line
  • Continue south until you reach Union Station
  • Exit the subway and proceed west on Front Street to the North Building, where you can access the SkyWalk to enter the South Building
  • Alternatively, you can exit to Union Station and follow the SkyWalk to either the North or South Building
  • Travel west to the Sheppard-Yonge Station
  • Transfer to the Yonge-University-Spadina Line 1
  • Travel south until you reach Union Station
  • Exit the subway
  • From Union Station, proceed west on Front Street to the North Building, where you can access the SkyWalk to enter the South Building
  • Alternatively, you can exit at Union Station and follow the SkyWalk to either the North or South Building

Toronto Transit Commission 

  • Exit Union Station, proceed west on Front Street to the North Building
  • The South Building can be accessed via the SkyWalk
  • Alternatively, you can exit at Union Station and follow the SkyWalk to either the North or South Building
  • From the Union Station UP platform, exit and proceed west through the SkyWalk corridor
  • Take the elevator or staircase to Lower Simcoe Street (street level)
  • Proceed west on Front Street, where you will arrive at the MTCC North Building main entrance

By Foot

  • Head west on Front St. W towards York St.
  • The MTCC will be on your left
  • Head west on Bremner Blvd. toward York St.
  • The MTCC will be located on your right
  • From Union Station follow signs for Convention Centre
  • Cross through the SkyWalk and continue following signs for Convention Centre
  • The MTCC entrance will be on your left

Our Convenient Parking Garage

Our facility has 1,700 indoor parking spaces between the North and South Buildings. Express-Pay (credit card) parking makes getting into and out of the parking garage a breeze! Visa, MasterCard and Amex are accepted in parking as well as cash. We encourage credit card payment as our high speed line is quick and Express Lanes are available.

The Convention Centre is committed to providing a fully accessible environment for people with disabilities, from special elevators and parking to custom phones and washrooms.

  • The North garage has 12 disabled parking spaces located on Level 4A
  • The South garage has 9 disabled parking spaces

  • 1/2 hr or less: $5.00
  • 1/2 hr to 1 hr: $10.00
  • 1 hr to 1.5 hrs: $15.00
  • 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs: $20.00
  • 2 hrs to 2.5 hrs: $25.00
  • 2.5 hrs to 3.0 hrs: $30.00
  • Day Maximum (over 2.5 hrs): $30.00
  • Day Maximum  + 1/2 hr: $35.00

Evenings (5pm – 7am)

  • 1/2 hr or less: $5.00
  • 1/2 hr to 1 hr: $10.00
  • 1 hr to 1.5 hrs: $15.00
  • 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs: $20.00
  • 2 hrs to 2.5 hrs: $25.00
  • 2.5 hrs to 3.0 hrs: $30.00
  • Evening Maximum (over 2.5 hrs): $30.00
  • Evening Maximum  + 1/2 hr: $35.00
  • 24 hr Maximum: $35.00

Monthly Rates (limited availability)

  • Please note: a limited number of monthly spots are available in MTCC North at $305 ($269.91 + tax)
  • Monthly parking is not currently available in MTCC South Parking.
  • Rates subject to change. No in/out privilege with daily tickets.

Parking FAQ

Upon entry, the options are:

  1. Press the flashing button to get a ticket OR
  2. Use your “tap” credit card to “tap in” (no ticket needed).

Upon exit, the options are:

  1. If you tapped in with a credit card, drive to the exit machine and “tap out”, a receipt will come out and the gate will open.
  2. If you have a ticket, you have 3 options:
    • Drive to the exit machine in the lane, insert your ticket, insert or “tap” your credit card. The receipt will come out, gate will open.
    • On foot, use a Pay Station in the lobby, insert your ticket and pay by credit card, debit or cash. A bar code ticket and receipt will come out. Drive to the exit, insert the bar code ticket and the gate will open.
    • Drive to the cashier lane, the parking attendant will process the ticket and you will be able to pay by credit card, debit or cash. Attendants are on duty 7 am to 11 pm. Use automated stations overnight.

We accept credit card, debit or cash.

Yes, there are five charging stations in our parking garages. Two are located in the South Garage on the back wall near space 10-B. Three are located in the North Garage on Level 5A, near space 120. Regular parking charges apply. To be courteous to other users, there is a three-hour limit for use of the unit.

The North garage is 1.9m (6’3”) and the South garage is 2.0m (6’6”).
