We assign a designated event coordinator for each and every event at MTCC. This person will attend to all the details of your event, large or small.

• Electrical, banner or sign hanging services
• Telecommunication and internet services (wired and wireless)

• On-site customs broker
• Visitor information office
• 24-hour security for North and South Buildings
• Guest Services desk in the main entrance of each building
• First Aid Station in both buildings. When First Aid Stations are not operational, our Security Officers are fully First Aid Certified.
• Defibrillators are available in both North and South Buildings
• Fax and photocopy services
• Exhibitor/Business Services Centres
