How much will my event cost? |
|
 Every budget varies, depending on the size and scope of your event. Once we know more about your event, we’ll provide you with a detailed estimate to assist you with your planning.

How far in advance do I need to reserve space for a gala? |
|
 Our facility is booked an average of 12 months in advance. However, we encourage you to contact us with your desired date so that we can consult our calendar of events.
|

What are my bar service options? |
|
 Depending on your event, you may opt for a cash bar or a host bar. In either case, our catering professionals will present you with a variety of options that suit your budget.

What other events have you hosted? |
|
 We’re proud to say that 75% of our clients are repeat business. Each year we host the Brazilian Carnival Ball and Fashion Cares along with hundreds of private and ticketed functions such as The Canadian Business Hall of Fame, Dragon Ball, and The G.I.F.T./Crohn’s & Colitis Super Gala – the largest single fund raising event in the country.

How many people can you accommodate for an event? |
|
 We can accommodate groups as small as 40 and as large as 10,000. We pride ourselves on making events of all sizes a unique and memorable experience for you and your guests.

What is your smoking policy? |
|
 It is the MTCC’s intent to conform to the standards of the community and their policies surrounding smoking in public places. Therefore, all public areas and rental space, including corridors, registration area, meeting rooms and the exhibit halls are designated non-smoking for the MTCC’s guests. For organized food and beverage functions, smoking areas may be assigned accordingly, if approved.

What are your payment terms? |
|
 Payment is due in full, seven days before your event.

Can I experience first hand how you run an event? |
|
 Absolutely. We invite you to be our guest at a suitable event so that you can experience our Chef’s delectable menu and enjoy our superior customer service.
