MTCC is the home to some of the biggest annual public shows in North America, including the Canadian Auto Show and Canada Blooms.
MTCC's 'purpose built' facilities are designed with your exhibitors' convenience in mind. They'll appreciate the easy access to the exhibit floor via our 28 loading docks and our convenient marshalling yards. The ceiling heights of our exhibit halls are high enough to permit the use of cranes for elaborate rigging, but low enough to allow for an intimate attendee experience. All electrical, telecommunications, steam and water is readily available for each booth via built-in floor ports.
Need an extra room for video presentations, seminars or public speakers? The MTCC has meeting rooms of every size and shape, plus a 1,300 soft-seat theatre. The flexibility of our space ensures that there's no limit to the number of people that can attend your event. We also offer large pre-function spaces for ticket sales and attendee registration. We'll put together the perfect package for your public event and keep it all under one roof.
MTCC will dedicate an event team to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch – before, during and after your event. And your exhibitors will appreciate our Exhibitor Services desks to help in both pre-planning and last minute requirements.
The MTCC is also built with your attendees' convenience in mind. Our weather-protected skywalk links with the city transit system (TTC), the regional transit system (GO), the underground PATH walking routes, CN Tower and Rogers Centre for easy, comfortable access. Public washrooms and telephones are located in all halls. And our parking spots are plentiful: 1,700 indoor parking spaces connected to North and South Buildings and additional 10,000 spaces within easy walking distance of the Centre.
Accessibility and location – the MTCC offers the best of both worlds! We're only a city block away from the Queen Elizabeth Way, the major highway that leads in and out of downtown Toronto. Yet we're also right in the heart of the hotel, entertainment and theatre district. Your attendees can walk out our door and enjoy all our city has to offer: the dining, nightlife and friendly atmosphere that makes Toronto one of the world's top tourist destinations.
