North Building
Located at 255 Front Street West, our barrier-free North Building is adjacent to the Intercontinental Toronto Centre on the east and the CN Tower and Rogers Centre on the west. Natural light fills much of the building's common areas, creating an open and welcoming atmosphere.
Within the North Building, the luxurious 1,330 seat John W. H. Bassett Theatre provides a superior facility for business presentations, award shows, and the performing arts.
Entrance & Registration Area
For your convenience, there are three entrances into the North Building: the main doors on Front Street, Skywalk (the glass-enclosed walkway connection to mass transit), and the Centre's weather-protected internal street.
Our 14,000 sq. ft. registration area offers full electrical and telecommunication services, a Guest Services Desk, and electronic signage to assist in directing your guests throughout the building.

Press Conference Room
Created specifically to meet the demands of the media age, this 4,300 sq. ft. area is divided by a glass wall that allows the press to cover an event via an audio feed, while sitting at workstations with "plug-in" capability. This area also features a reception area and bar service.
Ballrooms
Constitution Hall, our 28,000 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom is a favourite venue of black-tie and society functions. This fully carpeted space with upgraded finishes and flexible lighting has a capacity of 2,600 people. Sound-proof, operable walls allow this elegant room to be divided in three, to accommodate a variety of smaller events.
