For over 20 years Chef Fernandes has been delivering memorable dining experiences using only the best and freshest ingredients. To uphold our strict quality standards, all meals are prepared on-site in our two modern kitchens.

From the largest Public Shows to a variety of Trade Events, the Food and Beverage Team at the MTCC have helped many exhibitors enhance their booth experience by developing menus and customized offerings to drive traffic to their booth.
