At the MTCC, we make sure that everything works the way it’s supposed to, when it’s supposed to.
Our exceptional services will help you and your guests quickly resolve any number of critical issues that may arise leading up to or during your event. Whether you require phones, fax machines, or a satellite feed, we provide the resources and the assistance you need, from set-up to take down.

On-Site Services:
- 24-hour security for North and South Buildings
- Audio-visual
- Banking, ATM and exchange services
- Business services (fax, photocopy and courier services)
- Canadian Customs broker
- Cleaning (complimentary for meeting rooms, common areas and restrooms)
- Coat check
- Electrical and banner/sign hanging
- Floor management
- Food and beverage
- Fully equipped and staffed First Aid Station in both buildings. When First Aid Stations not operational, our Security Officers are fully First Aid Certified
- Defibrillators are available in both North and South Buildings
- Guest Services desks in the main entrance of each building
- In-house decorating show services provider (see "Official Suppliers")
- Simultaneous translation services
- Telecommunication and internet services (wired and wireless)
- Truck marshalling yard
- Visitor information office
