The Parking Express Lanes allow a self-serve 'ticketless' option to improve transaction and traffic flow time.
Express Option 1: Insert your credit card upon entry; upon exit insert the same credit card, no parking ticket is involved.
Express Option 2: take parking ticket at entry; upon exit insert the ticket 'arrow up', then insert the credit card.
Cashier Option 3: a cashier lane is also available if you prefer.
Visa, Mastercard and Amex are accepted in parking as well as cash. We encourage credit card payment as our high speed line is quick and Express Lanes are available.
The garages are open 24/7 throughout the year.
The North garage is 1.9m (6’3”) and the South garage is 2.0m (6’6”).
Yes, in the multi-level North garage Level 4A has elevator access; all other levels have stairwell access. In the South garage there is one level and convenient access into the south building via the sliding glass doors and elevator. We ask that disabled parkers please display placard on their dashboard or have the appropriate license plate symbol.
Yes, the building security does random patrols and there are numerous cameras. As a general precaution patrons are advised to remove valuables from view.
In the North garage, the main convention lobby/registration area is accessed from Level 5A. Exhibit Halls A, B and C can be accessed via the escalator or the elevator up. The 200 Level meeting rooms are on the same level as the lobby. The 100 Level meeting rooms can be accessed from the lobby via the escalator down or the elevator. The theatre and Constitution Hall are also on the lower level.
In the South garage, the parking leads into the registration area on Level 600 level. The 700 Level meeting rooms can be accessed via the escalator or elevator down. Exhibit Halls D, E, F, and G are on the 800 Level and can be accessed via the escalator or elevator down.
The parking staff will be glad to assist you should you experience vehicle problems. If the problem cannot be resolved internally staff will contact a nearby company.
The garages are open to the public and are convenient for both the convention centre and area attractions. Occasionally due to internal event obligations restrictions will apply. The parking staff monitors garage entry at such times.
The garages are not attached but there is a pedestrian walkway between the buildings. It is approximately a five minute walk between buildings.
Exhibitors who park two days or more can guarantee space in the garage for their event by pre-purchasing an exhibitor pass prior to the event. See Exhibitor forms.
Passes are available for pick-up at the MTCC Service Desk on the main exhibit floor during show move-in. When the desk is not staffed, passes are available at the Parking Office at Level 5A of the North building garage and Level 600 in the South building garage.
Upon first entry, take a ticket to enter, bring the ticket to the service desk and exchange it when picking up your pass. After that your pass will be used at the automated exit or entry (i.e. scan pass, no ticket).

Our staff monitors the entry to the garage as necessary. Parking access card holders must show their pass to the traffic attendant to gain entry at such times. There are approximately 10,000 parking spaces within one kilometre of the convention centre that are operated by various companies.
Our marshalling yard at 24 Bathurst Street can accommodate oversized vehicles. For further information contact (416) 585-8345. Also, there are a number of surface lots operated by private operators located along Front St. West, Bremner Blvd., Lake Shore Blvd. and Queens Quay. The Rogers Center has a bus lot opposite Gate 8 on Bremner Blvd.
For safety reasons skateboard and inline skates are prohibited in the parking lots.
