Our Convenient Parking Garage

Our facility has 1,700 indoor parking spaces between the North and South Buildings. Express-Pay (credit card) parking makes getting into and out of the parking garage a breeze! 

MTCC is committed to providing a fully accessible environment for people with disabilities, from special elevators and parking to custom phones and washrooms.

• The North garage has 12 disabled parking spaces located on Level 4A.
• The South garage has 9 disabled parking spaces

Parking Rates

Below Rates includes 13% Tax.

Each Day of the Week (7am – 7pm)

1/2 hr or less: $4.00
1/2 hr to 1 hr: $8.00
1 hr to 1.5 hrs: $12.00

1.5 hrs to 2 hrs: $16.00
Day Maximum (over 2.0 hrs): $20.00

Evenings (5pm – 7am)

1/2 hr or less: $4.00
1/2 to 1 hr: $8.00
1 hr to 1.5 hrs: $12.00
1.5 hrs to 2 hrs: $16.00
Evening Maximum (over 2 hrs): $20.00
Day Maximum  + 1/2 hr: $24.00
Day Maximum + 1 hr: $25.00
24 hr Maximum: $25.00

Regular Rate: $265.00 ($234.51 + tax)
Reserved Rate: $395.50 ($350.00 + tax)
Rates subject to change. No in/out privilege with daily tickets.
