Where may I park?

The MTCC has 1,700 indoor parking spaces with 10,000 more in the immediate vicinity. Be sure to check if the function you are attending is located in the North or South building. Parking maps and prices are available in the City, Hotel & Parking Map section of our site.
 

What kind of guest services are offered?

The MTCC offers a wide variety of guest services including:

- Coat check (seasonal)
- Banking / ATM and exchange services
- Visitor information office
- Guest Services desk in the main entrance of each building
- Fully-equipped and staffed First Aid Station in both buildings for events over 1000 people
- Business Centres for fax, photocopy, document printing and courier services available Monday - Friday
 

How do I find out what events are happening at the MTCC?

How do I purchase tickets to MTCC events?

Tickets to public events may be purchased from the event organizers. Tickets often may be purchased in advance or, if still available, at the door on the day of the event. Please visit the website of the event you wish to attend for more information. Websites for public events are often included in the listings in our Calendar of Events.
 

How do I get to the MTCC by public transit?

What kind of Food and Beverage options are available?

Food & Beverage options vary depending upon the event. Please contact the event organizer for more information. A café, a convenience store and vending machines are all located within the MTCC, and there are numerous restaurant options within a few minute´s walk of the Centre.
 

Where is the lost and found?

Our Security department handles lost and found articles. Please call 416-585-8360 or go to the Guest Services Desk in the North and South Buildings to inquire about lost items.
